Although I didn’t end up getting any work carried out by the garage, I’m writing a review based on the response I received after AA SmartCare made an absolute mess of my recent booking. The needed work was booked in with the garage, but I received a call from AA saying it was no longer possible, so they rescheduled to the day before my MOT expired. On the day, it turned out that the work was never actually confirmed.

Upon ringing the garage, the gentleman I spoke to sounded genuinely deflated that yet another customer had ended up in this situation and explained the issues with using the AA service.

I wanted to leave this review for the open and honest communication I received as opposed to any work and it was very much appreciated.

Ordered some tyres through Black Circles, got an appointment within a few days. In and out within an hour. Good group of lads 👍

Someone reversed into me and ripped my number plate off. Came into the shop and fitted it for free in 5 minutes. Really appreciate it and will definitely be back for MOT’s etc.

Rang today Thursday 16th Oct for some advice regarding our 18y Lexus,spoke to a guy called Tom,he was extremely helpful,informative & really reassured me with his advice. Told us to pop along and he would have a quick look at the issue prior to its MOT,which we have done this evening......thank you so much for being so patient and understanding.Lexus now booked in for MOT with them ... unbelievable service...thank you again...Bev Hackleton & Stewart Slatter

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lee collected my car and dropped it off. Tom kept me up to date with the whole process of MOT & service. Cannot rate them highly enough. Will definitely recommend to others and use again in the future.

Great set up and knowledgeable staff had MOT one week and went back week later for the service and was treated politely and advised accordingly would certainly recommend this garage with its upfront pricing.
